Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email admin@teachstudio.com.au before sending any goods. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and, where applicable, in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, towels, bedding and linen that have been used, washed or opened in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs and the risk of return transit. We recommend using a tracked service. Do not send a return until you have received return instructions from Puddings Home.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact admin@teachstudio.com.au with your order details and photos where relevant. Puddings Home will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair or refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where Puddings Home is responsible for the issue, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered or arranged by us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected, using the original payment method where available. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
